Helping families learn to grow and eat real food so they can have long and abundant lives.

We’ve all heard there is a growing health crisis around the Standard American Diet (SAD), but how bad is it really?

It’s pretty bad.

The #1 killer of Americans is our food.

In fact, nearly 1,900 people die each day because of what they feed their body. One study indicated that over 50% of the calories consumed in the US come from ultra-processed foods that are too high in calories, saturated fat, sodium, sugar and far-from-natural additives that our bodies don’t register as real food.

This crisis is so far-reaching that entire generations are impacted.

21% of kids age 2-19 are now considered obese, which brings a much higher risk of chronic illness for our kids. When we don’t receive the nutrition we need, it wreaks havoc in our bodies and contributes to heart disease, high blood pressure, stroke, type-2 diabetes, cancer, osteoporosis, etc.

It also affects mental and social well-being, academic and job performance and overall quality of life at all ages.

We believe there is a better way to live

At A Bigger Table Foundation, we are deeply passionate about teaching people…

What real food is, Where to find it, How to grow it

So they can have happier, healthier, fuller and longer lives.

Our goal is to equip kids and adults with food knowledge that can literally save their lives.
