Healthy in a Hurry will be a demonstration about how you can make a simple, delicious, satisfying AND healthy meal in very little time. We will talk about the health benefits of the ingredients and preparation methods. You will have an opportunity to taste the prepared meal at the end of the session. 

Move with us in this community class and create more space in your body, emotions, and nervous system. Fascial Maneuvers can be done by anyone of any ability with no equipment required.

We gather and tackle some projects together at Robinson Ranch in Bixby OK. We all learn some gardening tips, kids chase chickens and get all their wiggles out, its a win win! Workers always leave with a free kombucha and some new friends as well!

Hi, I'm Kate Friday! Tulsa native, and lover of all things earth, movement and community! I can't wait for you to flow and breathe with me during a creative all-levels flow surrounded by the morning magic of ranch! This class is designed to soak up nature, feed your soul, and move your body- and it's for everyone. As we welcome the new season, I invite you to welcome some space in your bodies and minds. Bring a mat, some hydration, and maybe a blanket for your head if it's comfy. Not to worry if you do not have a mat, I will make sure to have my extras and additional blankets as we need.
